Frequently asked questions

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from within your account. The change takes effect immediately and you're billed pro-rata for the remainder of the month. Downgrading is also possible - just contact us and we'll sort it for you.
No. FleetX is month-to-month. Cancel any time from your account settings. We don't believe in locking people into software they don't find useful - if it's not working for you, there's no penalty for leaving.
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export anything you need. After that it is permanently deleted from our servers. Elite and Enterprise customers can request a full CSV export at any time before cancellation.
All FleetX data is stored in the EU West (Ireland) region. We use Supabase with row-level security and encrypted connections. FleetX is fully GDPR compliant - your driver and fleet data never leaves the EU. See our Security page for full details.
Yes - we can set up a demo account pre-loaded with sample fleet data so you can see exactly how FleetX works before committing. Get in touch at hello@fleetx.ie and we'll have it ready for you within the day.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. All payments are processed securely - we never store your card details on our servers.
Absolutely. Our Enterprise plan is built for large fleets with no upper limit on vehicle count. We also offer custom integrations, a dedicated account manager, and white-glove onboarding. Contact us and we'll put together a package that fits your operation.
