Create your account and add your vehicles
Sign up with your email, choose your plan, and start adding your taxis. For each vehicle you enter the registration, make, model, and VIN. Then add the compliance details - taxi plate number, NCT date, insurance expiry, motor tax, and SPSV suitability test date.

Add drivers and link them to vehicles
Add each driver with their contact details, SPSV licence number and expiry date, and their rental arrangement. FleetX supports all four common SPSV rental scenarios so you can accurately reflect how each driver is operating.

Do I need to install anything?
No. FleetX is a web app that works in any browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. Nothing to download or install.

What if I have more than one vehicle type?
